BACOLOD City – Charged with rape by sexual assault, a man was arrested while in a spa in Barangay 7.
The 31-year-old resident Giovannie Arsisto was caught on Oct. 29 on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Manuel Cardinal Jr. of the Regional Trial Court Branch 49 in the city, a police report showed.
Arsisto was detained at the Police Station 2 custodial facility.
The court recommended a P120,000 bail bond from Arsisto.
Personnel from the Bacolod City Police Office Mobile Patrol Group and Police Station 2 staged the arrest./PN
