ILOILO City – A 49-year-old woman from Barangay Tabucan, Cabatuan, Iloilo was arrested on All Saints’ Day.
Brenda Trasadas was charged with illegal recruitment. She was also wanted for estafa, a police report showed.
Police arrested Trasadas in Barangay Banguit, Cabatuan at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday and brought her to their station.
Regional Trial Court Judge Danilo Galvez issued the arrest warrants against the suspect for illegal recruitment and estafa.
Galvez did not recommend a bail bond for the illegal recruitment charge but set the bail bond for the estafa charge at P16,000, the police report showed./PN
