BACOLOD City – Three men were caught for alarm and scandal in Barangay Granada.
They were residents Franco Patarata, Dave Pabilona and Arvin Cañete. All of them are 18 years old, a police report showed.
Officers from Police Station 5 arrested them after residents reported them breaking and throwing hollow blocks and empty glass bottles of beer in the village on Nov. 25.
They attempted to escape arrest but failed, police said.
A responding police officer was hurt after falling off from his service vehicle upon chasing the suspects.
Patarata, Pabilona and Cañete were currently detained at the Police Station 5 custodial facility facing charges, police said./PN
