ILOILO City – Police arrested a 34-year-old murder suspect in Barangay Sooc, Arevalo district.
Arevalo resident Harry Layson was charged with the crime in Pavia, Iloilo, a police report showed.
Officers brought him to the Pavia police station where he was detained.
They served him a warrant of arrest at 10 p.m. on Saturday.
Judge Juana Judita Panganiban-Nafarete of the Regional Trial Court Branch 38 issued the warrant.
The judge did not set a bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty, the police report stated./PN
