BACOLOD City – Charged with carnapping, a minor was arrested in Barangay Zone 4, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
The 17-year-old lass was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant on Aug. 20, a police report showed.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Edwin Gomez of the Regional Trial Court Branch 43 in this city dated Dec. 11, 2019.
The suspect was turned over to Talisay City’s Social Welfare and Development Office.
The court recommended no bail bond for her temporary liberty./PN
