ILOILO City – Charged with murder, a man was arrested in Barangay Ilong Bukid, Badiangan, Iloilo.
Resident Ruben Mandate, 58, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 4:30 p.m., a police report showed.
The Regional Trial Court Branch 3 issued the warrant of arrest and did not recommend a bail for Mandate’s temporary liberty.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Badiangan municipal police station./PN
