BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Payao, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental was arrested.
The 59-year-old Vivencio Rull faces sexual abuse charges, a police report showed.
The Binalbagan cops on Tuesday served Rull a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Walter Zorilla of the Regional Trial Court Branch 55 in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
Judge Zorilla recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
