ILOILO City – He had been hiding from the police for about 12 years.
The 44-year-old Ornadan Gumban was arrested around 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, a police report showed.
Gumban – resident of the village – was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant in relation to murder a charge he faces, the report added.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
