AKLAN – This province’s eighth most wanted man was collared by officers of the Kalibo Municipal Police Station (MPS) on Toting Reyes Street, Barangay New Buswang, Kalibo town.
The 32-year-old suspect identified as alias “Leroy,” a resident of Kalibo, was nabbed during a manhunt operation at around 12:30 p.m. on Monday, August 24.
He has outstanding charges for three counts of statutory rape under Article 266-A(1) in relation to Article 266-B of the Revised Penal Code, with no bail recommended, and two counts of sexual assault under Article 266-A (2), with a fixed bail bond of P120,000 for each count.
His warrant of arrest was issued on August 19, 2026 by the Regional Trial Court, Sixth Judicial Region, Branch 3 in Kalibo, Aklan.
The suspect is currently under the custody of the Kalibo MPS pending turnover to the issuing court./PN
