BACOLOD City – Charged with attempted homicide, a fish vendor was arrested in Barangay Hilamonan, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
From his house, Fernando Mercolino was taken to the police station around 2:40 p.m. on Nov. 4.
Judge Jose Manuel Flores of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities issued the warrant of arrest with a bail of P36,000 for the temporary liberty of the suspect./PN
