BACOLOD City – He was listed as the No. 1 most wanted person in the police station of this city.
Police identified him as Rey Pasco of Barangay Vista Alegre.
Pasco was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant for murder around 6:45 p.m. on Sunday in Barangay Daga, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Fernando Elumba of the Regional Trial Court Branch 42 in Bacolod City dated Jan. 8, 2018.
He was detained in the Cadiz City police station’s lockup facility.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
