ILOILO City – Police arrested a resident of Barangay Alacaygan, Banate, Iloilo for possessing an unlicensed firearm.
Officers on patrol caught the 41-year-old Albert Dicen holding a 12-gauge shotgun.
Dicen failed to show documents proving his legal ownership of the firearm, a police report showed.
Police seized his gun and hauled him to the municipal police station lockup cell after his arrest around 8:30 p.m. on Aug. 12 in Barangay Zona Sur, Banate./PN
