ILOILO City – A resident of Barangay Loctuga, Libacao, Aklan had been arrested for murder.
The 37-year-old Rey Esto was a former Citizen Armed Force Geographical Unit, or Cafgu, member, a police report showed.
Police served him an arrest warrant issued by Judge Jemena Abellar Arbis of the Regional Trial Court Branch 6. The court did not grant him bail.
Officers brought Esto to the Libacao police station where he was detained after his arrest around 5 p.m. on Aug. 12./PN
