ROXAS City – A construction worker fell off a building in Alvarez Subdivision in Barangay X in the city yesterday. He died.
Police identified him as the 57-year-old Rustico Cerna of Batan, Aklan.
Cerna was only wearing underwear when his nephew Alvin found him lying on the concrete ground sustaining severe head injuries, police said.
Based on the initial investigation, Cerna fell from the third floor of the building which served as his temporary quarters.
Officers from the Roxas City police station were still determining if there was foul play in Cerna’s death./PN
