BACOLOD City – He was driving a bicycle when he crashed against a passenger tricycle in front of the OISCA Training Center in Purok Proper, Barangay Tabunan, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
Bike driver Joel Tabanyag, 48, of Barangay Tangub, Bacolod City died, a police report showed.
Tabanyag fell on the concrete road after a Kawasaki Barako tricycle driven by the 29-year-old Baranagy Tabunan resident Jeffrey Atesora hit him around 9:10 a.m. on Sunday, a police report showed.
Tabanyag sustained body injuries and was rushed to the South Bacolod General Hospital where attending physician Dr. Billy Joe Rodriguez pronounced him dead.
Atesora was now under the custody of the Bago City police./PN
