BACOLOD City – For possession of a bladed weapon, a man was arrested in Barangay Poblacion, Mabinay, Negros Oriental.
The 25-year-old Chilon Cabugnason of Barangay Tara, Mabinay was drunk when he was arrested in a 24-hour convenience store, a police report showed.
Initial investigation showed that Cabugnason was creating alarm and scandal in the store.
Cabugnason yielded a bladed weapon, which measured 28 inches.
He was detained at the Mabinay municipal police station lockup facility./PN
