BACOLOD City – A 33-year-old man was arrested for carnapping.
Edilberto Gelisanga Jr. was a resident of Purok San Miguel, Barangay Sum-ag.
Police Station 9 officers served him an arrest warrant on Wednesday at the Hall of Justice.
Regional Trial Court Branch 48 Judge Rosario Ester Orda-Caise issued the warrant on Sept. 15, 2016 yet./PN
