BACOLOD City – Three persons were caught playing tong-its in Barangay Manta-angan, E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental.
Around 5 p.m. on Jan. 17, residents Ramon Arriola, 57; Samuel Bedonia, 51; and Rica Grace Casaminor, 21, were arrested, police said.
Confiscated from their possession were P104 cash and a deck of playing cards.
The suspects were detained in the custodial facility of the municipal police station, facing charges for violation of Presidential Decree 1602 that outlaws illegal gambling. /PN
