ILOILO City – Police were searching for the driver of the black pickup that sideswiped a motorcycle along the national highway in Barangay Cagamutan Norte, Leganes, Iloilo.
The motorcycle driver, 20-year-old Richmond Duran of Barangay Cari Mayor, Leganes, fell on the ground as a result of the incident at around 7:15 p.m. on Jan. 14, a police report showed.
Police learned about the incident from Police Officer 2 Roselyn Tingson at around 7:30 p.m.
From what the investigators have so far gathered, the black pickup sped away after the incident.
Duran sustained wounds on the head and scratches on the hands. He was taken to an undisclosed hospital, the police report stated./PN
