BACOLOD City – Police arrested a man for allegedly stealing a pack of powdered milk in a supermarket in Barangay 20.
Police identified the man as the 23-year-old resident Jam Enoperio.
Enoperio was caught following a complaint filed against him on Saturday.
The pack of the powdered milk costs P106, a police report showed.
Enoperio was detained at the Police Station 4 lockup facility and facing a theft charge./PN
