BACOLOD City – A man was arrested in Barangay 11, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
The 55-year-old resident Jose Leo Lapides is facing murder charges, a police report showed.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 3:55 p.m. on March 10.
Lapides was brought to the Victorias City police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
