BACOLOD City – A farmer was shot to death by an unidentified suspect in Barangay Inolingan, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental.
The 27-year-old resident Rusty Sumer died of gunshot wounds, a police report showed.
The incident happened around 8:50 p.m. on March 11.
According to the police, Sumer was on his way home when attacked.
Recovered from the crime scene were four spent shells of a .45-caliber pistol.
