BACOLOD City – A man was killed while four others were injured in a vehicular crash in front of a coal fire power plant in Barangay Tinampaan, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
The 23-year-old Samson Ayori, a resident of the village, died of severe head and body injuries after a motorcycle he was driving hit a tricycle around 8:40 a.m. on Oct. 1, a police report showed.
Ayori’s 21-year-old brother Elias, who was on board the motorcycle, sustained injuries.
Tricycle driver Jimmy Sevilla Jr., 52, and passengers Evelyn Arabon and daughter Analyn were also injured, police said.
Investigation revealed that there were three motorcycles navigating the road.
