CAPIZ – The driver of a motorcycle was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital after colliding with another vehicle at around 5 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 25, in Barangay Viscaya, President Roxas, Capiz.
The victim, a 42-year-old male, was a resident of Sitio Euscade, Barangay Badiangon, in the said town.
An investigation by the President Roxas Municipal Police Station revealed that the victim was headed towards Pontevedra when he allegedly veered into the opposite lane and collided with a sports utility vehicle driven by a 24-year-old student from Barangay Tiza, Roxas City.
The police have taken custody of the involved vehicles for further investigation and appropriate action./PN
