ILOILO City – A decomposing body of a man was found Tuesday adrift in a river in Barangay Jibao-an, Pavia, Iloilo.
Faustino Florida, 30, was discovered by residents around 5 p.m.
Policemen of Pavia believed that the victim was homebound when he accidentally fell into the river while negotiating an improvised bridge.
Florida also had a drinking session with friends around 4 p.m. on Monday, police added.
His remains were brought to a local mortuary./PN
