SOME fans were left anxious after director Joyce Bernal posted a photo of James Reid on a stretcher, with a bloodied face.
It was revealed that they only have less than a week to go before filming for “Miss Granny” wraps up.
And it appears they’ve saved some of the most intense scenes for last, after director Joyce Bernal posted a photo on Instagram of a bloodied Reid being rushed to a hospital room.
“I told you, not to go to!!! Now look at!!!!” wrote Bernal in an apparently intentionally confusing style as the caption, careful not to reveal anything about the movie’s plot.
She was similarly mysterious with her reply to actress Angel Locsin, who asked about what happened, and said: “He injured himself!”
In “Miss Granny,” Reid plays the grandson of Sarah Geronimo’s character who has dreams of becoming a musician.
While many of James’ supporters seemed to have believed that he did fall off a crane, some fans who have seen the South Korean version of “Miss Granny” claimed that it was part of a scene from the film.
