ILOILO City – Charged with direct assault, a man was arrested in Barangay 4, San Miguel, Iloilo.
The 50-year-old resident Richard Elmer Sabando was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 9:45 a.m. on Sept. 17, a police report showed.
Sabando was detained in the lockup cell of the San Miguel municipal police station.
The court recommended a bail bond worth P12,000 for his temporary liberty./PN
