BACOLOD City – A drinking session led to hacking in Barangay Mansilingan.
The 35-year-old Rhex Macado was rushed to the Bacolod Adventist Medical Center due to hack wounds he sustained on Nov. 4.
The 38-year-old Antony Perlas was tagged the suspect.
According to the police, Macado and Perlas – both residents of the village – were having a drinking session around 9:40 p.m. when an altercation ensued.
This prompted Perlas to hack Macado on the head, police said.
Responding officers from Police Station 7 were able to arrest Perlas and took him in custody./PN
