BACOLOD City – A drinking spree in Barangay Marcelo, Calatrava, Negros Occidental turned bloody on Sunday.
Using a sugarcane cutter, 42-year-old Samuel Dinglasan allegedly slashed the throat of his drinking buddy, Dante Anog, 34, around 4 p.m., police said.
Anog was brought to the Calatrava District Hospital where the attending physician declared him “dead on arrival.”
The suspect, meanwhile, was arrested and detained at the Calatrava police station./PN
