BACOLOD City – Facing homicide charges, a 40-year-old man wanted in La Castellana, Negros Occidental was arrested.
Rico Gellang was a resident of Barangay Pula, Canlaon City, Negros Oriental.
He was caught in the city’s Barangay Mabigo around 4:30 p.m. on July 3.
Judge Cyclamen Jison-Fernandez of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 63 (La Carlota City, Negros Occidental) ordered Gellang’s arrest.
The suspect was detained at the La Castellana police station.
A P40,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
