BACOLOD City – A driver of a 10-wheeler truck died in a vehicular accident in Barangay Talubangi, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Police identified the fatality as Winefred Jernalin, 39, a resident of Barangay 9, Isabela, Negros Occidental.
The incident happened around 12 p.m. on March 24.
According to the police, the truck fell into an irrigation canal following a break malfunction.
