ILOILO City – A suspected drug pusher was arrested in an entrapment operation in Barangay Democracia, Jaro district.
The 45-year-old resident John Angcayan initially sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P1,100, police said.
Eight more sachets of the prohibited substance valued at P8,880 were recovered from his possession around 8 p.m. on March 16.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Jaro police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
