ILOILO City – The most wanted person in Mandurriao district was nabbed in Barangay Bayanan, Muntinlupa City.
John Mark Plaga, 24, faces a rape by sexual assault charge, a police report showed.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on March 12.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Mandurriao police station.
A P200,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
