BACOLOD City – A man was arrested while another escaped during a sting operation in Barangay 1, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
The 25-year-old Mark Belarma was caught around 3 p.m. on Sept. 26, a police report showed.
Belarma was with William Keynel of Barangay 6, Victorias City, who managed to escape the police officers.
Victorias City police chief Superintendent Herman Garbosa said Belarma and Keynel were in their baseline drug watch list.
Confiscated from Belarma were five sachets of shabu and drug paraphernalia, police said.
