BACOLOD City – A drug suspect was arrested in a sting operation in Barangay 13, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
Thirteen sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P40,000 were seized from 28-year-old Jason Albis, a police report showed.
Albis – resident of Barangay 20, Victorias City – was nabbed after he sold suspected illegal drugs to an undercover officer for P400 on Sept. 11, it added.
Cash amounting to P500 was also recovered from his possession, police said.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Victorias City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
