ILOILO City – Suspected shabu, a cellphone and cash were recovered yesterday from a resident of Barangay Poblacion Norte, Balasan, Iloilo.
Randy Araneta, 40, was detained at the municipal police station after his arrest at around 11:50 a.m., a police report showed.
He was facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Araneta sold to a poseur buyer a sachet of suspected shabu for P600, the police report stated.
Five more plastic packs of the same substance, an ASUS smartphone and P3,000 cash were further seized from him, police said./PN
