BACOLOD City – A drunken man fatally hit his neighbor with an iron bar in Barangay Zone 1, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Chief Inspector Rocky Desear, officer-in-charge of the Cadiz City police station, identified the suspect as resident Danilo Baling, 49.
Baling entered Marvin Borda’s house and challenged him to a fight around 10 p.m. on Sunday, a police report showed.
Borda had wounds on the upper eyelid and a broken nose. He died when he was being taken to the Cadiz City Emergency Clinic.
Baling was detained at the Cadiz City police station lockup facility./PN
