ILOILO City – For injuring another eatery customer, a 22-year-old man was arrested and detained at Police Station 1.
Ereneo Loraña of Barangay Panurang, Lambunao, Iloilo was drunk, a police report showed.
While having a drinking spree with friends at an eatery in Barangay Yulo-Arroyo, City Proper, Loraña threw an empty glass at Gabriel Gabiazon, who was also having a drink with his wife, a police report showed.
The 42-year-old Gabiazon of Barangay Alalasan, Lapuz district sustained a lacerated forehead.
The incident happened around 12:15 a.m. on Thursday.
Gabiazon was taken to the West Visayas State University Medical Center in Jaro./PN
