ILOILO City – For creating alarm and scandal, two men from Jereos Street Extension, La Paz district were detained.
Mike Golez, 53, and Michael Edgardo Alvarez, 51, were both drunk, a police report showed.
When resident Jeorge Alvarez, 42, called them out for shouting at the top of their voice, the two challenged him to a fight, police said.
Jeorge Alvarez and barangay tanod Leny Apostol placed them under citizen arrest at around 10 p.m. on Sept. 11.
Golez and Michael Edgardo Alvarez were turned over to the La Paz police station where they were detained./PN
