ILOILO City – For acting unruly at Iloilo Supermart in Mandurriao district, an inebriated resident was arrested.
Allan Gallea was detained at the Mandurriao police station.
Gallea was shouting at passersby and challenging them to a fight at around 2:50 p.m. on Dec. 10, a police report showed.
Market security guard Benedict Balayo, 29, accosted Gallea and turned him over to police officers on patrol./PN
