ILOILO City – A 44-year-old man was arrested in Barangay Ermita, Dumangas, Iloilo for illegal possession of firearm.
On the strength of a search warrant issued by Judge Vicente Go of the Regional Trial Court Branch 68, police searched the house of Roger Villasis and found a homemade shotgun with one live bullet.
Villasis was taken to the Dumangas police station where he was detained at around 8 p.m. on Wednesday./PN
