ILOILO City – Charged with estafa, a 28-year-old woman was nabbed in Barangay Poblacion, Banga, Aklan.
Resident Catherine Semitara was caught around 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, police said.
Semitara’s apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant, the police added.
She was detained in the custodial facility of the Banga police station.
The court recommended a P18,000 bail bond for Semitara’s temporary liberty./PN
