ILOILO City – Charged with estafa, a woman was arrested in Barangay San Jose, Roxas City, Capiz.
The 43-year-old Lourdes Baarde of Barangay Baybay, Roxas City was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on Sept. 1, police said.
Judge Jannie Ann logronio of the Municipal Trial Court Branch 1 issued the warrant, the police a added.
Baarde was taken to the custodial facility of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology.
The court recommended a P12,000 bail bond for her temporary liberty./PN
