BACOLOD City – A farmer was hacked to death in Barangay Santol, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental.
The 42-year-old Gilberth Panoy died of multiple hack wounds.
Tagged suspect was his 38-year-old cousin, Olivert Aliponso.
According to the police, Panoy and Aliponso had an argument while having a drinking spree around 9 a.m. on March 2.
Policemen of Binalbagan launched a hot pursuit operation against the suspect who fled after the incident./PN
