BACOLOD City – Two persons were arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Talubangi, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
They were Romulo Dulla Jr., 49, of the city’s Barangay Camugao and Joseph Arnan Vingno, 47, of Barangay Orong.
Eighteen sachets of suspected shabu valued at P20,400 were confiscated during their apprehension around 8:40 a.m. on March 3.
Camugao and Vingno were detained in the lockup facility of the Kabankalan City police station. Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against them./PN
