BACOLOD City – In Barangay Luna, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental, a 50-year-old farmer was shot dead by unidentified gunmen on Nov. 26.
Romulo Singson died of severe wounds at the Cadiz City Health Office, police said.
Investigation revealed Singson was riding his motorcycle going to a sugarcane plantation in Hacienda Caridad 1 around 8 a.m. when attacked.
Police have yet to establish the motive in the shooting./PN
