ILOILO City – Arson investigators have yet to ascertain the cause of the fire that struck two houses yesterday in Barangay East Baluarte, Molo district. One was totally damaged while the other was partially burned.
According to Senior Fire Officer 1 Jude Romaquin of the Bureau of Fire Protection, the blaze started around 1:50 a.m. in the house of Emiliano Barcelona and quickly spread to Roggie Agudo’s.
The fire was immediately contained.
The estimated damage reached P127,980, said Romaquin./PN
