ILOILO City – Charged with murder, a fisherman was arrested in Barangay Libas, Roxas City, Capiz.
Resident Henry Balasabas, 41, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 8 a.m. on Aug. 17, a police report showed.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Esperanza Isabel Poco-Deslate of the Regional Trial Court Branch 19.
The suspected was detained in the custodial facility of the Roxas City police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
