ILOILO – A decomposing body of a man was found floating yesterday in the seawaters of Barangay Bayas, Estancia, Iloilo.
Wardy Palma, 43, was a fisherman.
Residents found the body around 10:30 a.m.
From what the Estancia police station so far gathered, Palma went to an island nearby to catch fish. He failed to return home.
Investigation was ongoing./PN
