ILOILO City – A suspected drug dealer in Barangay General Hughes, City Proper fell into a police dragnet set up late Saturday night.
The 43-year-old Jose Arcega was detained at Police Station 1.
He sold a plastic pack of shabu to an undercover officer for P400 around 11:40 p.m. Later he yielded three more sachets of the same substance, a police report showed.
His companion, a certain “Yoyo Barredo,” managed to escape.
Police said they were still searching for the suspected cohort as of this writing.
